Food safety
Because seasonings and sauces are consumable products, opened items cannot be returned. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything arrives broken, leaking or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it — your choice.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post the credit within 5–10 business days.
