Processing

Orders are packed in small batches and typically leave our facility within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Rates and delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $35 ship free within the contiguous United States.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Tracking is emailed as soon as a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before a label is created — email us as soon as possible.
